As a qualified and insured Level 5 Integrative Counsellor, my dedication to rigorous training is paramount. My commitment to robust, accredited education ensures I provide the highest standard of care in every online and telephone session, available across all locations.
I am always evolving, learning and growing, but my commitment to ethical, safe and inclusive practice is at the centre of my work.
My own personal experiences have led me to where I am today. I admit at times it hasn't been easy, but with awareness, development of skills and approaches and kindness to myself, I have been determined, committed and privileged to work with others who too are exploring and working towards change.

In addition to individual counselling, I offer dedicated support for couples and relationships.
I have extensive personal and professional experience with Autism and Learning Disabilities.
I deeply understand the unique impact that life challenges can have on relationships, driving my passion to support those with relationship difficulties.
